Phi Phi Pirate Boat Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions must be read, agreed and signed before completing any booking via this website.

 

Changes Made To The Tour:

Phi Phi Pirate Boat Tour reserves the right to change the route, timings, destinations and inclusions of the tour at any time for any necessary reason without giving prior notice.

Cancellations (By Phi Phi Pirate Boat):

Cancellations will be made if deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of traveling passengers. Phi Phi Pirate Boat shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger. In the unlikely event of a trip cancellation by ourselves, the company shall offer a suitable replacement service or a 100% of funds paid by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Cancellations (By The Customer):  

If you choose to cancel your booked service for any reason whatsoever. Refunds can be issued at our discretion and must be requested a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled departure date. If there is less than 7 days until your booked tour departure date no refunds will be issued for any reason whatsoever.

Check in:

The check in location is at the Dubliners Irish Pub on Phi Phi Don Island, this is liable to change at any time and detailed information will be sent via email after making a reservation. Phi Phi Pirate Boat is not affiliated with Phuket Island in any way whatsoever and we cannot arrange transportation for you from Phuket. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to reach the meeting point on Phi Phi Island. Refunds will not be made if you are unable to check in at our meeting point.

Same Day Connection To Phi Phi Island:

We do not recommend that our customers book Phi Phi Pirate Boat on the same day as their ferry to Phi Phi Island. If for any reason same-day trips are unavoidable, please leave as much time as possible. Phi Phi Pirate Boat will not be liable for any customers who fail to check in due to a delayed ferry to Phi Phi Island.

General Behaviour:

Once at the departing check in location, passengers should comply with the instructions of the company’s staff and agents concerning all matters connected with the service and should comply with any notice exhibited on any vessel. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger or goods without assigning reason.

Physical Notice:

We recommend caution for any customer traveling who is pregnant or has any heart or back problems or other physical impediments. We reserve the right to deny boarding to any persons we believe are unfit to travel. Phi Phi Pirate Boat shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any personal property, whether in respect of the booked service, under any circumstances whatsoever.

Baggage & Belongings:

We don’t recommend to bring any expensive items on our tour, we recommend only to bring what you would take for a day at the beach. Travellers carry any items at their own risk; Phi Phi Pirate Boat will not be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss incurred to possessions carried on board. Any items carried on board will be the sole responsibility of the owner of said belonging and will not be insured by ourselves

Payment:

Fares and charges are payable in the currency Thai Baht only with our published fares unless otherwise specifically stated by us. All fares and prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Fares include all administration fees, service charges, taxes and other charges unless otherwise specifically stated by us.

Personal Information:

You hereby acknowledge and agree that your personal information has been given to us for the purposes of making travel bookings and providing you with confirmation of that booking, accounting, billing, checking credit card payments, statistical analysis, and helping us in any future dealings with you. By entering into a contract of carriage with us, you authorize us to retain and use your personal data specifically for the purposes above.

Language:

The language of these Terms & Conditions is English and even though there may be translations of these Terms & Conditions in other languages, English shall be the sole language used in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
